4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your credit card or banking information. By making a purchase, you authorize us (through Lemon Squeezy) to charge your payment method for the selected token pack.

5. Content and Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

• Promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains misleading or deceptive information
• Violates Etsy’s or any third-party platform's terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of the company. You retain full rights to the descriptions and outputs generated with your tokens. However, we reserve the right to anonymize and analyze usage data to improve the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous, high-availability service but do not guarantee uptime or performance. The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical issues.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may discontinue use at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, unused tokens are forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant updates.
